Terrible customer service. We used McCarthy to replace the HVAC in my daughter's new house because the fully functional furnace and AC unit were old. Now we have a house that is not cooled. The installer broke the recessed lighting. The second technician stated he went into the attic when that was untrue. The third technician was a no show. Sadly, my daughter didn't use the HVAC company that I have used for 30 years. Now she is worse off with the new HVAC.
