I called Critter Control to solve a horrific odor of decay. I was pretty sure there was a dead/decaying animal in a 1st floor bath exhaust vent. Tech Joe W. was professional and informative throughout the service call. He found the entry - an uncaged exterior vent, identified the problem as bird nesting material (no live birds present), but because the vent in question was between the first and second floor, he could only remove 20% of the offending materials from the exterior vent. Once my HVAC service blows out the remainder, Joe will return to install bird guards on all the exterior vents. New to the Dublin area and so glad to have found a service of the quality of Critter Control
