Not sure that it did any good. Told me the bat was probably a holdover from the summer months that never got out during the service to my home. I'm not sure of that information,...

I'm not sure of that information, but am not a authority on the subject. We're talking that bat in the chimney area for months, and not feeding??? Seems weird to me. more

Critter Control rescued me! 7/17/2020

Abandoned bird "nesting materials" in my bathroom exhaust fan duct created a horrid decomposition/rotten egg smell in my bathroom. Joe W. from Critter Control found the problem, explained my options and once the odor was history, "bird caged" 3 exterior vents to prevent bird entry ever again. I rate Critter Control Five Stars! more

Critter Control service top-notch 6/26/2020

I called Critter Control to solve a horrific odor of decay. I was pretty sure there was a dead/decaying animal in a 1st floor bath exhaust vent. Tech Joe W. was professional and informative throughout the service call. He found the entry - an uncaged exterior vent, identified the problem as bird nesting material (no live birds present), but because the vent in question was between the first and second floor, he could only remove 20% of the offending materials from the exterior vent. Once my HVAC service blows out the remainder, Joe will return to install bird guards on all the exterior vents. New to the Dublin area and so glad to have found a service of the quality of Critter Control more

I had an appointment for a field visit. The "window" was big, 1:00 to 6:00 pm. I phoned and asked what she could do. She called the field man, found he could narrow the time to 4:00 to 6:00. Done I said. Field visit arrived at 4:00. Lois gave me two hours I didn't expect to have to do my own out of house work. more

Amanda was very knowledgeable on critters. She was straight forward and was very helpful on my problem. Although the job could not be completed because we live in a condo .and the association has to have a meeting and approve the work .I do want Amanda to finish the job when the Assoc. has agreed to have it done. Great Job!! 3/26/2019

Can't say enough about what a great job Critter control did for me in regards to the raccoon infestation. Other companies we have used were able to catch the raccoons but later on a new batch of raccoons would break in. They not only repaired the damage to my eaves but screened off other potential entryways. They also totally cleaned out the raccoon residue and put in all fresh insulation. I would absolutely recommend Critter Control to anyone. more

No invoice 1/20/2019

Cameron did a good job (even in the snow) but I had not responded because I have not received my invoice yet. It usually comes the same day as the bait station service, but I don't know what has happened to the invoice. And besides that your response form is too complicated! more

No Critter Found ?? 6/5/2018

Kevin was very pleasant and thorough in following through with visits and communicating when he checked traps. He did agree that something was burrowing under my deck. I thought I had been told they would leave traps for two weeks, and was surprised and disappointed that the service was only a week and that the trap stayed empty. I am grateful to know that my attic and crawl spaces were clear, but disappointed that the deck burrower was not eliminated. more

Critters came thru the access panel into my bathroom?!? Critter Control came right out, removed them while I hid in my room :-) . They handled the critters and my anxiety promptly and efficiently!!! Service was exemplary! more
