. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the technician who repaired by AC unit. He was great. The speed in getting the problem fixed was fine. I just don't feel right about what I had to pay. My unit was still under a parts warranty, so all I supposedly paid for was labor. But the labor to replace a blower motor was $550. He was only here for perhaps 90 minutes. That's $367 an hour. Seems excessive to me, but I agreed to pay it. They kind of have you over a barrel. Do they charge more for labor when they can't make money on the part?
