Service technician Daryl W. did very good job. Answered my questions about cleaning inside units. Awaiting document describing work performed. Please email invoice about upcoming cleaning and cost for both inside units. 5 stars more

Not sure how I feel 6/13/2020

. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the technician who repaired by AC unit. He was great. The speed in getting the problem fixed was fine. I just don't feel right about what I had to pay. My unit was still under a parts warranty, so all I supposedly paid for was labor. But the labor to replace a blower motor was $550. He was only here for perhaps 90 minutes. That's $367 an hour. Seems excessive to me, but I agreed to pay it. They kind of have you over a barrel. Do they charge more for labor when they can't make money on the part? more

Thermostat install 4/10/2020

Darryl did a very good job installing and explaining everything. Of I am very disappointed that I had to pay for replacement of a 2 yr old thermostat. more

Excellent Job! 12/11/2019

Daryl was great! The weather was not good that day (cold and starting to rain), but he got their early and on time to get the job done before it got really bad outside. Heater checked out fine so it was all good! Also, he did some repair work on our AC over the summer so it was nice having the same technician come again as he knew us and our system. Celena also was very helpful and polite over the phone when I called to schedule an appointment time and called us that morning to tell us Daryl was on his way! Very pleased with the service we’ve received from Centex. more

Iban and his team from Centex did a great job installing my new HVAC system. They were efficient, communicative, respectful of property as well as my time, had answers to all my questions, and worked hard all day despite the 100+ degree July heat. more

Cost of service 5/22/2019

I felt that the cost was high for flushing of drip line. When asking tech why so expensive he stated, it covered his truck, training and equipment. I had to ask why it is called band aid service, he could not answer why. But that name indicates to me it would not solve the problem permanently. more
