Josh arrived on time and clearly laid out the expectation of the annual maintenance visit. He also asked if we had any questions or concerns which I described. He not only addressed all of our concerns, but he went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied before he departed. We have been extremely happy with the O'Brien Team for the past several years.
