I lived here back in 2011-2013 - WAS great. NOT NOW (2019-2020). It keeps getting sold and management is HORRID. Aweful rental contract and skewed towards owner/landlords. They rent to sketchy people !!!! BEWARE - THIS PLACE IS HORRID. They never fix anything, half of the street lights are out, garage doors don't work and your stuff gets stolen, cars are broken into and vandalized, NO security at night, one pool has been out of commission for 2 years. Mgmt is mean.
