WORST GHETTO EVER 2/3/2020

I lived here back in 2011-2013 - WAS great. NOT NOW (2019-2020). It keeps getting sold and management is HORRID. Aweful rental contract and skewed towards owner/landlords. They rent to sketchy people !!!! BEWARE - THIS PLACE IS HORRID. They never fix anything, half of the street lights are out, garage doors don't work and your stuff gets stolen, cars are broken into and vandalized, NO security at night, one pool has been out of commission for 2 years. Mgmt is mean. more

Not good value for the money 12/10/2009

Good: I like the location,but I have found other townhomes with 3 bedrooms in NE for the same price that are newer and more updated. We are looking to move.. Bad: The appliances are small, cheap and outdated. We make constant calls for repairs, and am now have waited four days for two repairs that were promised two days ago.. Improvements: The townhomes need to be upgraded with larger, newer, nicer appliances.. Other: This is not good value for the money. Look elsewhere. You can obtain a 3 bedroom house, or updated nicer townhome than what is being charged here.. more

Condo's Community for Rent 7/27/2005

This is a great rented condo complex. All the condo's are one level with some 2 story units mixed in. Each unit has a sizeable backyard attached to it with a fence surrounding it. They have 2 great pools and hot tubs and the laundry rooms are located right next door. These are great condos for young adults or older adults or those with small children. There is no play ground for older kids however there is a park across the street as well as the local community college. The condos are nicely done and well maintained adn each unit comes with a detached garage at no additional charge. more
