I have been trying to add my husband on the case since February. The lady at the front desk at Ogden street is very rude. I have called and left messages with her on numerous occasions. I have called other housing agencies and no response. I have reached out to portability to see if she can provide me with my case worker name and number. she responded but when I gave her my last name when she asked I still not heard anything. When I finally got a hold of someone else at the front desk she was rude but she gave me what I needed. When reaching out to my caseworker I express how upset I was just for her to tell me other things are needed for my husband and there is no extension given. Here we are on Friday and she needs everything by Monday. Why am I going through this when I'm doing the right thing by adding my husband so we wouldn't have issues? It seems like we are going through more things just by adding him on.
