Devin was here to clean and service our furnace. Inspecting the unit he found a major problem from the manufacture of the unit. he called the company and they are now sending a replacement unit. our unit is 3 years old and still under warranty. So thankful that he found this and took the extra steps to getting it resolved. Devin has always been very helpful and is an ideal employee. You are lucky to have such a good tech. and company rep.
