Devin was here to clean and service our furnace. Inspecting the unit he found a major problem from the manufacture of the unit. he called the company and they are now sending a replacement unit. our unit is 3 years old and still under warranty. So thankful that he found this and took the extra steps to getting it resolved. Devin has always been very helpful and is an ideal employee. Thanks, Kevin, you solved a toilet difficulty which I have been living with for 12 years, replaced another toilet (beyond repair), and got 2 Moen faucets working again. I watched along with your work and saw you creatively solve a couple of difficult problems, which would have stumped me. I appreciated you keeping me in the loop as the work progressed, and being flexible enough to solve some new problems. You are a good reason to call the plumber and not "do it yourself". Regal Was very quick to respond. Called around 6:30 pm reporting I had no hot water. We decided that evening we would go with a tankless hot water heater. Regal was at my house the next day at 8:30. It took about 4 hours to install and get the tankless up and running. Every thing looks neat and organized. The old tank was removed and I now have a lot more space. We purchased the Navien NPE240 A which I really like. The unit has a built in circulation pump which almost provides instant hot water. Our house had a circular hot water line which allowed us to use the circulation feature. You don’t have to wait for all of the cold water to purge from the line before the water is hot. We have used the tankless for several days and really like the instant and unlimited hot water. We have a septic system which used to get gallons of water run through it waiting for the water to get hot at the faucet. I would recommend Regal for your tankless hot water installer more

Despite a very frustrating morning with a leak, Dan did a fantastic job of taking care of several issues for us. He identified the problems quickly and handled them in the most efficient manner possible! He was thorough, very helpful with suggestions, and although he was dealing with a 100 year old home he found a solution to get the leak to stop. He also suggested a more permanent solution. He was personable, polite, and professional. I would definitely recommend Dan M. and suggest that Regal Inc. do what they need to do to keep Dan employed with them.
