I've had a service contract with AirCon for several years and usually have an excellent experience with their servicemen. I'm not saying that this serviceman was terrible, just not as personable or careful as those who have come out in the past. Unlike the others, he did not cover his shoes to walk in the house, even after going into my muddy backyard. He also speaks very fast and is difficult to understand due to a thick accent. I also found it odd that the same problem I had when he came out reappeared a day after he was here, even though I could see that the reason he quoted for the problem no longer existed. I haven't called back for another service call because I can't afford to make any repairs, if they are needed. That is not the fault of the serviceman, of course. I just don't think this service person lived up to my customary excellent service that I have had with AirCon in the past.
