Not the usual Aircon service 1/21/2020

I've had a service contract with AirCon for several years and usually have an excellent experience with their servicemen. I'm not saying that this serviceman was terrible, just not as personable or careful as those who have come out in the past. Unlike the others, he did not cover his shoes to walk in the house, even after going into my muddy backyard. He also speaks very fast and is difficult to understand due to a thick accent. I also found it odd that the same problem I had when he came out reappeared a day after he was here, even though I could see that the reason he quoted for the problem no longer existed. I haven't called back for another service call because I can't afford to make any repairs, if they are needed. That is not the fault of the serviceman, of course. I just don't think this service person lived up to my customary excellent service that I have had with AirCon in the past. more

Excellent service and installation 6/19/2019

Jake, Kevin, and Jared showed up right on time at 8am, removed my old system, installed my new one, and cleaned everything up by 2pm. They were friendly, courteous, expeditious, and helpful. My new system is running great, blowing ice-cold air, and even has a new wifi thermostat... sweet! I've had a great experience with AirCon and absolutely recommend them to anyone. Jason Warner also was great getting everything set up for me and walking me through the process. He even provided me a nice portable AC to get me through the weekend until the install date, which was a life-saver! more

Top Knotch Company 12/20/2018

I’ve been using AirCon for a couple of years, and I promise that everyone I’ve worked with has been knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Last year at New Years my whole system failed. They had workmen here at 8 a.m. January 2 working in the sleet to install my new, much needed HVAC system. Amazing folks. By the way, when they tell you you’ll save money with a new, high efficiency unit, they are not kidding. more

New Air Conditioner and Duct Work 3/2/2018

I had my air conditioner replaced and had my duct work completely reworked and replaced. The estimator, David was great. He was VERY knowledgeable and answered every question. I felt confident in the job after working with David. Hector and Kevin did the installation. It was a two day job. They worked so hard! The first day they made sure that we had air in the living room and bedroom overnight. Then they finished the duct work the next day. The did an awesome job. I am very pleased with my new AC system and duct work and would recommend Aircon. more

rescue at the right moment! 7/7/2017

Jody and Logan came to the right time to solve our A/C unit when it was so hot on the day! Jody showed he is a very knowledgeable and possess quite experience skills. He was able to give us an idea of how to solve our three A/C's water drainage pipes which were designed and built long times ago into the wall and drain out into one single sink drainage pipe. We are taking Jody and Logan's expertise of advices to re direct these pipes! We really appreciate their good services and helps! We need them again! more

iNSTALLATION OF A/C, COILS, AND REPLACE DUCT 5/12/2017

I am speaking for my daughter, Judy since she was at work during the installation. Were very pleased with the workmanship and the positive attitude when asking questions, etc. The work was done in an effective manor and very pleased how quick they completed their work. more
