Im not one to complain but i just couldnt go without advising people not to go to this walmart in Odessa, TX on Loop 338, for any automotive issues in the auto department. The employees do not have the slightest clue.....at all. They were not only uneducated about their job...They were RUDE too! For no apparent reason! There was zero communication going on between employees and nobody knew what the other was doing, had done, or is gonna do. Nobody did their job. I reordered 4 new tires only to get there and find out after an hr that they didnt have them. So i had to go with the one brand that they DID have if i wanted to get my tires that day. Also the lady had asked me if i wanted them to get rid of the old tires that they were taking off...that it would cost me so much per tire. I quickly said no. I want to keep my old tires because they were still good used tires that i could have utilized or even sold. They did not give me my old tires when they were done. They had lost them...and my hub caps were lost so i had to buy more of them. Then when i wanted to speak with a manager....4 hours of explaining to one person then another and another. Then being put on standby or something because thats what i did for the last hour and a half while they looked for a manager! I finally left and decided on calling. To no avail
