Walmart Auto Care Centers

Im not one to complain but i just couldnt go without advising people not to go to this walmart in Odessa, TX on Loop 338, for any automotive issues in the auto department. The employees do not have the slightest clue.....at all. They were not only uneducated about their job...They were RUDE too! For no apparent reason! There was zero communication going on between employees and nobody knew what the other was doing, had done, or is gonna do. Nobody did their job. I reordered 4 new tires only to get there and find out after an hr that they didnt have them. So i had to go with the one brand that they DID have if i wanted to get my tires that day. Also the lady had asked me if i wanted them to get rid of the old tires that they were taking off...that it would cost me so much per tire. I quickly said no. I want to keep my old tires because they were still good used tires that i could have utilized or even sold. They did not give me my old tires when they were done. They had lost them...and my hub caps were lost so i had to buy more of them. Then when i wanted to speak with a manager....4 hours of explaining to one person then another and another. Then being put on standby or something because thats what i did for the last hour and a half while they looked for a manager! I finally left and decided on calling. To no avail more

I thought I'd write and tell everyone about this particular Wal-Mart. I've had problems with a few employee's attitudes. One cashier even made prejudice remarks. (I'm caucasion and she is hispanic) and I had to get her superviser over there and even had to file a complaint with the headquarters about her. Although I did only have 1 real bad expierence as described above, overall most of the employees are real nice and helpful. You do run into some like the other day the just don't want to help you at all. For the most part most of the employees are friendly and helpful. But you do run into those that are not at all. The other day I was there looking for something in particular and knew that they carried it as I've seen it before and the others that tried to help me ended up sending me to the area where they have light fixtures,locks, etc. Well I asked the girl stocking shelves there, and she just said if we have it it will be on a shelf, would not tell me what shelf, what isle or nothing, and she acted very "put off" about having to be bothered by me. I don't know what the problem is with so many of the employees at this particular wal-mart but they need to keep their bad attitudes at home, and away from customers, I've been so mad at times that I've just walked out!. I don't have this problem at the other wal-mart by Sams club. they are always nice there. This particular wal-mart needs a huge employee re-vamping! and I'd just love to be the one to do it. more
