I am one of those a pain in the butt customers, asks lots of question, want thing a specific way. Joe K. took the time to answer and explain all my questions. Joe was willing to work with me when I pointed out how I wanted pipes or wires ran. The install team was very positive, enjoyable to work with, I felt like I was involved with the process. Joe went above and beyond making sure everything install and done the right way. Joe found several incidences, where the builder had cut corners and cool air was leaking into my garage and causing inefficient cooling in the living areas. I feel I am getting the most efficient cooling now. With confidence I can highly recommend Joe K. and his team to everyone.
