Would reconsider before selecting 24 Restore. Initially we were happy with the guys that came out and did the work. But multiple things led to the 1 star review. Our basement was wet from our sump pump not working so we were referred from our insurance agent. 24Restore removed wall trim without care and did unnecessary damage to our walls and trim (Will upload photos) while doing so. When I asked to have the fans removed because I didnt want to keep paying the high rate, and have a large bill, the project manager reassured me that the bill would be around $3,500 when all is said and done (have in text message) which I could handle, after calling multiple times to get the bill (was told the 20th or 21st of August received the 26th) we received a bill for just under $5,000 much higher than what I was told. Stay away if you dont want to be taken advantage of.
