I can't say that this company has the worst customer service because they simply don't have one. If anything goes wrong with your order, even when it is clearly their fault, they will turn it around and use their "substitution" bs provision or some lame excuse and pretty much tell you to screw. Once they have their money, they don't care about you anymore. "Chad" made my mom cried and I will never forget that. I will badmouth them everywhere I go. I wish I could give them zero stars.
