On 7/31/19 I had the unfortunate luck getting a flat tire on my way home from work. While pulled over on Shun Pike (Industrial Park), a GEM employee was kind enough to lend me assistance. Chris D., a plumber, saved me a lot of time and ache as I struggled with my car jack, and I'm grateful that he thought to stop and assist. Chris was also quick to notice my Veteran license plates, and thanked me for my military service. Chris was very pleasant, and because of his actions, and character, GEM will be the first company I think to call if I ever need services.
