Carlos came and fixed our AC during one of the hottest heat waves DC has ever seen. We were given a window of 8-10 am and Carlos showed up right on time and got straight to work. He was efficient, charming, and even taught me a few things! Not only did he fix our AC, but he identified ways to prevent the problem from ever occurring again, and walked us through those changes. We will definitely be requesting Carlos the next time we call Magnolia.
