Better than Expected 3/20/2022

I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for the service provided by Rebeca Flores and her partner, Eric. Rebeca made the evaluation of the issue we were having and she explained in detail the various courses of action that could be taken. After we made the decision, she explained what the process would be, time frames, prep requirements, etc. On top of all the excellent communication and explanation, she was able to schedule work to start the following day. She and Eric arrived in the morning, they put down copious amounts of drop cloth, taking every precaution to protect our home. They worked in unison for hours to complete the task and concluded by testing and verifying the work they had done. I was apprehensive about having this repair completed, however, after talking with Rebeca, and watching her work, I was very comfortable that the work was being done to the highest possible standards, by two excellent service technicians. Magnolia Plumbing is fortunate to have such courteous, knowledgeable, personable and competent people on their team. Thank you again for an amazing experience. more

5 stars in cost, efficiency, and expertise 3/6/2021

Had MULTIPLE professionals attempt to fix my broken A/C. After 4 weeks of research, second opinions, back and forth, ALL attempts to fix the A/C failed. Reggie was able to fix what they couldn't in a matter of minutes. It took ONE call and the issue was resolved in 24 hours. 5 stars for solving my problem in 40 minutes, that was taking other professional months to even understand. more

Service is 2nd to none 11/6/2020

Magnolia has always taken care of us and this time was no different. Carlos as well as everyone who helps us are extremely knowledgeable and are nice…The fact that their prices are by far very reasonable is the cherry on top…Please, if you read this review, there is no more research that is needed to do. Russ did a great job! 6/15/2020

Russ was knowledgeable and quick to work when we needed help bending the pipes for our AC unit into the wall. He was professional, wore a mask and we'd recommend his work for basic jobs like this to others. (This website's star feature isn't working so I can't tell if we are leaving one star or five stars. Air Conditioning annual maintenance 6/11/2020

We called Magnolia Plumbing Heating and Cooling to perform our annual Air Conditioning service and Carlos was the tech assigned for the job. Carlos was completely professional and courteous. Both Carlos and the Magnolia dispatcher called to confirm the appointment time, and also again before Carlos arrived. Upon arrival Carlos clearly explained what he would be checking and what our options were. Carlos observed all social distancing and health protocols during the service, and clearly explained what he found at the end of the appointment. I would gladly recommend Carlos and Magnolia for any Air Conditioning or Heating services you may need. more

Magnolia Plumbing 4/10/2020

Magnolia sent out 1 plumber and 1 assistant within 1 hour of calling in an emergency. This is during the Covid 19 pandemic and others were barely answering their phones. Anil and his assistant showed up wearing protective gear, diagnosed the problem quickly, and made the repair while dealing with my bad attitude building manager. At all times they were professional, courteous, and efficient. They followed up with the sink replacement the next day, including kindly consulting me while they made the trip to the supply store so I would not have to. You get what you pay for with these guys! more

Bathtub Drain Repair - Work Order 335871 3/7/2020

Technician came to repair a bathtub drain that was draining into the unit below. He replaced the drain trap and a section of pipe. The technician said he would return in a couple of days to make sure the drain was no longer leaking. He did not return. Five days later, the drain is still leaking into the unit below. I was charged an arm and a leg for this repair. I feel that the work was shoddy and overpriced and that Magnolia's service agreement is a scam. more

Tan is a pro and cleaned and fixed my heating 2/27/2020

Wasn't able to rate him, but would give him and Angel the highest ratiing. They were on time, careful in their work, left every thing cleaned and fixed and gave me a tutorial. Very pleased with this service call. more

Carlos 1/1/2020

I had a number of issues with my combination boiler system. Carlos spent all day working with me to diagnose and help me fix the problems. There was air in the system, a bad water pump, a leaking expansion tank, and a stuck valve. Carlos (and his supervisor) is very professional and went above and beyond in helping me get my system back to working order. I highly recommend Carlos and Magnolia Plumbing. more

Excellent Customer Service 12/11/2019

Nelson Jovel provided us with excellent customer service when he came to our home to look at our water heater. His expertise was obvious and he even took the time to carefully help me understand the issues with our water heater. His enthusiasm was also extraordinary.
