Dropped of some antique telephone parts to be nickel plated about 21/2 months ago. They said they would call when ready. About a month and a half went by and no call. I went by the store was told the parts were in the tank. Will call when ready. Another 2 weeks went by no call. I went by the store, I was told the parts were in the tank and be ready in a day or so. No call. Went by on July 8 was told they were slowed down by the July 4th holiday and would be ready by Friday July 12. I went by yesterday July 15 to pick them up and the daughter went in back and go her father who came out with my unfinished parts which had never been in a tank. He said they weren't finished. I said you told me they would be ready last Friday. He threw the bag across the counter at me and said, "take the someplace else". I left and will never go back.
