We have been a Papalia customer for over a decade. I'm sure there are less expensive options, but Papalia has consistently provided responsive and quality service, and particularly outstanding customer service. Most recently, we needed to have a bathroom faucet replaced. Oddly, this time out the customer service wasn't quite there: maybe it was a bad summer Friday afternoon for the technicians, but there was a bit of back and forth with the office that wasn't expected, not as courteous as we have come to expect. The work did get done.
However, we noticed on Saturday night that the pipe was leaking under the sink. I called on Sunday to let them know we had an issue. The answering service was great, and Crystal called me back promptly. She immediately offered first available service for the following Monday. Unfortunately, we were traveling on Monday, and didn't want to wait over a week until we returned to get this taken care of. Crystal went above and beyond, convincing her Sunday emergency technician to come to our house and fix the leak before we left. Both Crystal and the tech -- I believe it was Mike S? -- were terrific and responsive and extremely courteous. This is why we use Papalia.
