had one refill left on a script, this place jumps the gun and sends in an order to the insurance co. for a 90 day when there was a 30 day still valid, says it was the dr who ordered the refill as in refill request, drs office says it was the insurance co. called them, nope! i called the insurance co. they said we didnt call your dr we are not sending you emails about refilling your scripts either, so the pharmacist lied, drs office nurse lied and i believe my insurance co. as the insurance co. said if a refill was left on the original script we wouldnt pay or approve a forth coming request for a 90 day count fill. u would have to use your 30 day fill 1st. its got to be the store js failing financially not meeting ceo specs
