Phone Harrassment 8/28/2019

constant automated ph harassment after u have spoken to the pharmacy dept about picking up your medication. its not even coming from the corp office or automated number its coming from the pharmacy number inside the store 4409980993. they call me constant every 3 days after i told them i would pick up the script on aug 30. was called in by dr on aug 20st i called pharmacy on aug 21st. this place is just harassing me and my phone number isnt even in my online account and i have talked to them about calling me before aggravating me when i have no funds to pick up til my ssi monies come in this pharmacy is rude and non accommodating. they have meds on my list i dont even fill anymore n refuse to take them off dupes of meds 6 dif medications still on my list. im harassed over the number 13 i live at an address which begins w 13. these pharmacy techs are goofy. i dont recommend shopping here or getting your medication filled here. rude, bullies more

had one refill left on a script, this place jumps the gun and sends in an order to the insurance co. for a 90 day when there was a 30 day still valid, says it was the dr who ordered the refill as in refill request, drs office says it was the insurance co. called them, nope! i called the insurance co. they said we didnt call your dr we are not sending you emails about refilling your scripts either, so the pharmacist lied, drs office nurse lied and i believe my insurance co. as the insurance co. said if a refill was left on the original script we wouldnt pay or approve a forth coming request for a 90 day count fill. u would have to use your 30 day fill 1st. its got to be the store js failing financially not meeting ceo specs more

as of lately constant and excessive marketing practices pushing meds to meet store financial quotas. never anyone in the store shopping i cant imagine how they are going to meet their financial specs or quarters i will not be controlled by a chain pharmacy. i get way too much ph contact from this place it doesnt make me feel comfortable. i appreciate the close location and some staff have improved personas but the pushing meds is over kill. its not a life or death drama for me. meaning my meds arent life or death defined. lately everyone wants to run you and control you. i decide what i want. its my body my life. my buck more

Been using this Pharmacy since 2007 9/13/2018

unfortunately as of 2018 staff has become irate, complainative, sacrcastic most times, pharmacy staff make fun of the disabled and cashiers post horrid comments about addicted (alcoholic) customers. many managers here get fired, they cannot keep staff either those of us who are receiving medicaid medicare and low cost med prices we customers are being bullied. made fun of at the check out, oh deal of the day!.23cents, oh one hundered twenty five pennies! new pharmacists have stepped in and they know you well enough but play head games w you. dont bother coming here if your older than the staff. its a joke here non professional as heck. im considering calling the ceo of rite aid if they dont treat me better there. i used to spend alot of ssi monies in that store. more
