Our tech was on time, polite and efficient. Unfortunately our final bill was for $550 for a check up on our water softener and our hot water heater. No parts needed replacing. The tech did install a water filter that we had previously purchased on our own. The installation took no more than 15 minutes. Total time spent in our home was less than 2 hours and as mentioned no new materials were needed. $275 an hour seems ridiculously high. I called the company and left a message with the manager to discuss the bill, but, have not received a call back.
