I was struck by a Global Rental Car this week. I had to call the police as it was a hit and run. I visited the shop to learn of the insurance they carry but a Manager came out attempting to negotiate a settlement. He said "Come Tuesday and I will repair the bumper and give you $100.00 as well. I returned Tuesday as instructed. This time he tells me to come back Monday (another six (6) day wait). I got the run around so I decided just to file suit and have the insurance companies battle it out...if he even has insurance, Its the Ugly Duckling type of Rental Car appearance...old jalopies.
