I placed an on-line order February 7, 2019, for the Polder Or Blunt Nose Ironing Board Pad and Cover. A confirmation email was received, but as of March 1st, still no merchandise or response from the company. Three emails have been sent, one each week, but they seem to go into a black hole!! Very poor customer service. Good place to start a serious business by taking this one over!!!
