I placed an on-line order February 7, 2019, for the Polder Or Blunt Nose Ironing Board Pad and Cover. A confirmation email was received, but as of March 1st, still no merchandise or response from the company. Three emails have been sent, one each week, but they seem to go into a black hole!! Very poor customer service. Good place to start a serious business by taking this one over!!! more

2014 was a hard year for this company as there was a death in the family. But they are back on track and have not only an excellent product but great customer service, too! more

No shipment after over one month 5/27/2014

Ordered on April 29, 2014. It is now May 29 and have received NO merchandise. I have emailed three times and never received a response. I thought I was ordering from a company that is at some fairs in Phoenix, but apparently I have the wrong company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Now they have my credit card information and I am VERY concerned. more

Add me to the list of unhappy customers. Ordered the cover on 01/24/2014. Emailed them for a status last week. No response. Called and left them a voicemail this week, no response. Why do they even take an order if they don't respond to inquiries. Unacceptable. more

Not Happy! 10/28/2013

I ordered an ironing board cover online and a month later nothing has arrived. Many emails have gone unanswered and the telephone message box is full. So no way to contact the company. TERRIBLE customer service! I had previously purchased one at a fair and it was a great cover. But the total lack of customer service is deplorable. I hope I come across these folks at another event so I can let them know how I feel about their company. more

Ripped off 1/5/2013
