My hot water heater starting leaking badly (it was 20 years old and needed replacement). Magnolia was Very responsive - they sent a technician out the same day, have us choices, and a price right then. They returned the very next day to install. Crew was great, very neat and working in a tight basement space.
I would highly recommend Magnolia in the future.
