Six months ago, we moved into this home. The AC unit was new but the furnace was 22 years old. When we brought Santa Fe in to do the semi-annual checkup, it was determined that the old furnace was so broken down (the service guy was great too) it was producing trace amounts of CO and was clearly going to get worse. Marco and Brad (I THINK) came out to install the new furnace and they did a very quiet and quick installation considering how complex the install was. They cleaned up very well and everything looks and sounds great. We have used Santa Fe for decades and they always do a great job.
