Smooth Installation 12/16/2019

Six months ago, we moved into this home. The AC unit was new but the furnace was 22 years old. When we brought Santa Fe in to do the semi-annual checkup, it was determined that the old furnace was so broken down (the service guy was great too) it was producing trace amounts of CO and was clearly going to get worse. Marco and Brad (I THINK) came out to install the new furnace and they did a very quiet and quick installation considering how complex the install was. They cleaned up very well and everything looks and sounds great. We have used Santa Fe for decades and they always do a great job. more

John H did a great job. John spent a lot of time diagnosing my air-conditioner. He explained all repairs thoroughly. And made sure that I was satisfied with everything. I highly recommend John. more

Service Call-11/28/18 12/1/2018

My furnace was not heating as expected. Mark explained the issue which was a bad sequencer. He also explained how it function which was appreciated. He was very courteous and personable. I have never been disappointed with the service and responsiveness of Santa Fe Air. more

Mike was professional and courteous throughout the two calls it took to complete the service. He initially did the initially install a thermostat to get the furnace to work and did the maintenance check before he. proceeded to check the attached support systems - humidifier and condensate pump. Finding that the pump was not working. Mike is a thorough and competent technician whom I trust and recommend. more

Awesome 11/14/2018

You all are amazing, every time I call or stop in! You are friendly and always come as soon as possible! You are so reasonable and fast. You installed my heat pump several years ago, and it works great, but needs attention now and then. Mark was so nice, explained everything, and was in and out in no time! Whoever answered the phone yesterday was so caring - she even explained how to put the heater into emergency so we wouldn't freeze until morning when they got there right at 8AM! Its getting hard to find good service and good people. You are appreciated, and thank you! Karen more

Always very polite and on time. Takes care of my furnace and air conditioning. Lets me know if I need a new part or if there is a chance that a part might be going out soon. Never tries to push sales. Very honest about necessary service. more

Marco Mazo Installation 9/14/2018

Marco was outstanding. Answered all the questions I had in a way I could understand and had an outstanding attitude. The newer heating unit was a little bigger than the old one but solved the problem quickly. Kyle who was working with Marco took care of the AC unit and was installed better than the old one. I would recommend them both to put in a new ac/heater more

Mike C. Tech 9/3/2018

Mike C. fixed my A/C on Labor Day weekend. I had a refrigerant leak which took 3.5 hours to ascertain problem, locate, drain system, repair leak, and recharge. During that time Mike was professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing as he went along. He had a wonderful work ethic, monitoring and checking as he went along; saying he wanted the job done right so he or someone else would not have to come back. He also diagnosed that the outside fan motor's bearings were going and would leave word for someone to order a new motor on Tuesday. I am very please with Mike's work and Santa Fe Air! more
