We would have liked to have them come out, but after calling twice, they never called back. An answering service answers the calls when they are busy. I called 3rd week of September hoping I was catching the rush early to schedule a furnace check, but I guess not. Disappointed in no return phone call. Not calling again needless to say. Called ....loved them in the past.
