Horrible service, Technician responded spent 20 minutes and couldn't locate an obvious leak underneath our sink. It is frustrating that even though the leak wasn't active there was obvious water damage that just occurred. Highly disappointed in service rendered . Would not recommend. more

Never called back to schedule 9/29/2018

We would have liked to have them come out, but after calling twice, they never called back. An answering service answers the calls when they are busy. I called 3rd week of September hoping I was catching the rush early to schedule a furnace check, but I guess not. Disappointed in no return phone call. Not calling again needless to say. Called ....loved them in the past. more

Sump Pump Installation 1/15/2016

Thanks Budget! Joe did a great job installing a new sump pump and water back up sump pump for us and explaining everything to us about mechanics/drainage/etc. . . . answered all our questions and really did an exceptional job--thanks Joe W.! more

Replacing Garbage Disposal 10/24/2015

Phil was excellent to work with and quickly diagnosed the problem. We wanted to upgrade unit as it had to be replaced. Phil had what we needed in his truck and the entire job was done in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend Phil as service tech and Budget was great in keeping us informed throughtout the process more

Klint Dix(Service Tec) visit my home to day to install a Automatic Humidifier . His work was excellent and he was very professional. He answer all my questions about this unit and took the time to show me how to work it .I will recommend him to my family and friends. Need more Guy like him! Thanks Klint Mrs& Mr.Mark McBee more
