Just moved into a new house. Had my central air system serviced by Kody with Cannady Air in October 2017. He found serveral issues with the unit in the attic which he explained to me in terms I could fully understand. He was able to correct and repair the issues in a reasonable amount of time. My system has run smoothly for a year. I am schedule for service in October. Hopefully it will not cost me as much money as it did the first time. But who knows how long it had been since it was serviced. Well worth the money the first time.
