repair for new HVAC system 10/24/2018

I have a new trane system HVAC and Edgar, Jessie & Blake came out the day I called because the heat didn't work. They knew immediately what was wrong and fixed it in a very short time. They were all very professional. You hire wonderful people. more

Trouble Free Year 9/28/2018

Just moved into a new house. Had my central air system serviced by Kody with Cannady Air in October 2017. He found serveral issues with the unit in the attic which he explained to me in terms I could fully understand. He was able to correct and repair the issues in a reasonable amount of time. My system has run smoothly for a year. I am schedule for service in October. Hopefully it will not cost me as much money as it did the first time. But who knows how long it had been since it was serviced. Well worth the money the first time. more

Kyle did a great job and Canady’s always seems to have some of the best and most knowlegible technicians. Oh, and he got a rather large wasp net out from the outside Air Conditioning unit. more

A/C Checkup 6/11/2018

Technician came and performed inspection. Looked like he did a thorough job. The $69 inspection he came out checked inside and outside units. No problems with 2 year old system, he was nice and polite. more

AC Service 5/21/2018

I received immediate response to my online request for service.The office and the technician stayed in contact with me to let me when I could expect the service tech to arrive at my home. Tech was polite and friendly and also explained what he was doing and important points about my AC system. Even though he did not reach my home until after 1900 he took time and was diligent in checking the unit fully including going outside in the dark and rain to check the outside coils to see if cleaning was warranted. Tech made recommendations for the unit but was not trying to push services if that was not my choice. Overall very pleased and my unit is scheduled for cleaning 05/23/18. more

Great Check-up 5/18/2018

Canady's has always gone above and beyond to help us with our HVAC service needs. Tim came by today to do our pre-season check-up and he was great at answering our questions. He even did some research on a non-A/C related question I had about insulation in our attic! All of the personnel with which we have dealt are very professional and friendly. High recommended. more

Very professional and thorough. Not only tested the unit for proper tolerances, but also did a close visual inspection and discovered a capacitor that while currently testing in range, had developed a leak - so it was just a matter of time before it failed and made a mess of things. This is exactly what proper preventative maintenance is for - catch the problems before they become BIG problems, and know how and what to look for beyond a simple reading on a meter. Great job all around! more

I have a been a customer for a long time and have watched Fred grow his business from a two man company into what it is today. You won't find a more honest, professional, knowledgeable and courteous group of people in this business. Every service tech, dispatcher and customer service rep that I have dealt with over the years have been great. The latest service tech Steven Whitehurst is no exception. He worked efficiently....carefully explained problem, with what needed to be done, options and cost. He is an exceptional person, with solid knowledge of his work and superior customer service skills. Five star service. more
