First, responding to your request for a review, stating I was sent a request a couple of days ago. If sent, I never got it. Got the invoice and suggested upgrades. Not a request for my thoughts.
Two of your reps showed up (assumed second was an apprentice). Showed them the furnace and about 20 minutes later gave me a report. Furnace was given a good bill of health.
Justin did recommend to me to keep the fan on all the time instead of on auto. Explained in detail why and how I should save money and the home be more balanced and comfortable. None of your other techs ever suggested/mentioned that to me. Also provided a list of suggested upgrades I should consider.
Both techs were vey professional/courteous.
I have recommended Essig Several times to friends and will continue to do so. See your trucks more and more on my street.
