We have been expecting a call back for a week regarding an update for our thermostat that would provide a black screen. We have been living with a piece of black construction paper taped over the face of the display! And the following is not Adams issue but the company: we asked if there is an update to the software a very long time ago and have had lots of; "We'll get it out to you if there is one." No update has been sent and no communication received from the company. confirming the existence of such a thing or not. Good technicians all, bad customer service from the company.
