Hi omg thanks for the care yeah I want to say thank you to everybody on the second floor what great job everybody did. I want to say that I am beng discharged today to a nursing home I want everyone to keep up the good work I will strive to get my self better and continue to improve. Thank you all so much and I want to say thanks to the nice gentleman that always came to my room and brought me some coffee and even at night when I left him a message to bring me some every morning he shows up. Thank you for that and thank you all.
