I am here since 07/21/2023. While I arrived the Kindred hospital everybody offer me warm welcome and make me feel at home. What I observed during my stay all employee provide me adequate and excellent healthcare service by the employee who are committed to provide to serve the patients. They are dedicated and committed to promote the mission, the vision and the value of the Kindred hospital to provide excellent healthcare service to the patient and to the community. more

All the staff here at Kindred has been very helpful. My family recommend this location versus the other ones. We have no major issues. Brandon and rUDY was a huge help us they answered everything in a timely manner. The staff is on it. They’re open for visiting, its clean when you walk the hall there no bad smells coming from the room. Overall this location is recommended ... staff are amazing ~! more

My stay at Kindred has been pretty nice. The food here is very good. The nursing staff were very attentive. I had issues when I first arrived but they were resolved quickly. I can’t names but everyone who took care of me made me feel very comfortable. more

The staff here is awesome. I'm glad I was admitted here, the hospital I was at was garbage. Im so thankful for the first floor staffs who has been taking great care of me. All the staff has been very responsive to my call light. I do not know all the staff names but they all are very helpful and I'm greatful. more

When ever your press the call light button the nurses are on the way. (Day shift). If I have a issue is addressed right away. Staff is on it even the night supervisors is on it! Barbara, Precious, Sunny and Cj. more

Farida, precious, Murial, all was amazing. Coming from Holy Cross hospital the first day I admitted here I felt safe it was very smooth my bed was ready my room was clean and the staff was welcoming. more

Most of the nurses on my team where really excellent. Carol,Cathy, Shelia and Terry all right above and beyond I would like to thank them for being patient and passionate with me. The food was amazing so kudos to the kitchen staff. My room was always clean as well , thanks to housekeeper Mamie. Rehab; Joe, Carolynn, Sunny also excellent they all hep me meet my goals! Everyone made sure I had everything and my stay was comfortable. Thank you Kindred family! more

The nurses that has been taking care of me has done an awesome job. Linda from respiratory was on top on everything. Michele is very good with callight response the minute I press it she's in my run less than 1 minute. I feel safe and comfortable. more

My experience here at Kindred has been great so far, I've met a new family. During the time I've been here nursing made sure my call light has been answered. I love the food and I enjoy the cable. I'm just ready to move and be able to use a wheelchair. more

Thanks for supporting and making my friend feel safe during his time of healing here at Kindred Chi North. He’s smiling now and is feeling best. I admire how staff ensure that he’ll be okay during his surgery, big thanks to his nurse Muriel, the CNa (didn’t get her name) and everyone else. Also the hospital is always clean when I’ve came to visit and the food is amazing. Thanks for supporting and making my friend feel safe during his time of healing here at Kindred Chicago North. My care team were all great Paulina B, Sharoona A, and Regina they are the best along and my amazing Doctor! They have really made my treatment go a lot smoother than I'd expected. What I like about this location is the updated equipment along with a clean and comfortable rooms. I’d definitely recommend them over any other Kindred Hospital. I also rated this location a 10. more

Barbara,Carol, Stephanie, Kay, Joseline(RN), Carmelita, they treated me wonderful. When I press my light these wonder people came right away. I truly felt better knowing their on my care team.
