I emailed Air Plumbing Solutions at 1am Saturday, May 26 to say my upstairs heat pump was not working. The temperature was 93 degrees too hot to sleep! The APS person I emailed was on vacation though she replied by noon Saturday to call the office for a tech to come out. No tech was available Saturday. So, he came out Sunday. The tech was very polite, conducting a thorough investigation going up in the hot attic and outside behind the buggy porch to discover the heat pump motor was broken. He turned off the heat pump so the motor would not come on and jog the fan. He told me the part was not on his truck, and because it was a holiday weekend, I would have to wait until Tuesday 5/29 for him to order it. Tomorrow is Friday, June 8 and a tech will be coming out to install the new motor.
