Bob diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us options to fix the problem. He had to go out and get a part which he didn't have on his truck. He was back quickly, replaced the part, did due diligence to make sure all was well before leaving. more

My aging parents' furnace had been damaged by flooding during the summer, unbeknownst to them. Carl K came out promptly, diagnosed problem quickly and repaired it quickly. These folks take pride in their customer service. They are thorough and flexible from the people who keep things going to the Technicians who come to my home. This past Saturday we discovered that the Thermostat was not working. We called to get some guidance and we got a return call back immediately from Bobby. He assured us that he will be able to come to our home right away. He was able to fix the problem and checked to be sure the everything else was working ok. Bobby is both personable and professional. I emailed Air Plumbing Solutions at 1am Saturday, May 26 to say my upstairs heat pump was not working. The temperature was 93 degrees too hot to sleep! The APS person I emailed was on vacation though she replied by noon Saturday to call the office for a tech to come out. No tech was available Saturday. So, he came out Sunday. The tech was very polite, conducting a thorough investigation going up in the hot attic and outside behind the buggy porch to discover the heat pump motor was broken. He turned off the heat pump so the motor would not come on and jog the fan. He told me the part was not on his truck, and because it was a holiday weekend, I would have to wait until Tuesday 5/29 for him to order it. Tomorrow is Friday, June 8 and a tech will be coming out to install the new motor. more

Chris L. was wonderful: prompt, friendly, skilled. He even took time to engage with our grandson (2 years) who was totally enthralled with seeing the service truck drive up and meeting "the service man". Job well done! more

Discovered a leaking well pressure tank in our basement in the late morning, called Air Plumbing & Heating and they promised a plumber would arrive that afternoon. James Dixon arrived, diagnosed the problem, drove to Timonium to pick up a new tank and installed it in our basement that evening. We were only without water for a few hours. He was very professional and competent, and was happy to answer any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for any plumbing issue (other than HVAC and furnace work which he does not do). Thanks and keep up the good work! In the spring of 2017, we had a replacement of one unit and a second dual-zone unit put in the attic with new duct work, as well as outside units and a tankless hot water heater with new gas lines and high-voltage lines. The entire team for Air Plumbing and Heating Solutions is detail-oriented, helpful, and friendly; explaining everything before executing and ensuring that any issues are brought up quickly and addressed in a way that meets code as well as the owner's wishes. Jeff (the project manager) takes the time to answer any and all questions about the process so you know where your money is going. While they didn't seem to be the cheapest of 3 quotes we received, they actually ended up providing better service, materials, and equipment than all the competitors and stuck to their timeframe and quote. I would HIGHLY recommend Air Plumbing and Heating Solutions to anyone looking for big or small projects. -- UPDATE 2/27 - after completion of project: Air, Plumbing & Heating Solutions is FANTASTIC. Jeff, Gary, CJ, Cody, Nick, and Ben all took care of us over the course of two weeks, making sure we were aware of all the steps along the way, and what to expect. Jeff was always available to talk to as was the rest of the team - answering my million and a half questions patiently. (I like to learn as well as know what I'm spending my money on). Everything passed inspection the first time without issues. Everything was cleanly done and looks and functions great! I would definitely recommend Air, Plumbing & Heating Solutions to anyone looking for air or plumbing work, from small to large. Every detail is covered, not just by Alan & Jeff (the owners), but by their team too. I can't stress this enough. These guys really take pride in their work! Most recently we had our winter-check-up. I had a plumbing issue so I called Air Plumbing and Heating Solutions on a Friday. I had an appointment scheduled for Monday--the next business day. A very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable plumber--James Dixon showed up and walked me through everything he was going to do. He even asked if I wanted to watch so I could see his work as he did it. He explanations were in layman's terms and he answered all my questions thoroughly. Mr. Dixon even gave me some good tips to help me keep my pipes open and working their best. I had a good experience and the plumber was excellent!
