I received immediate response to my online request for service.The office and the technician stayed in contact with me to let me when I could expect the service tech to arrive at my home. Tech was polite and friendly and also explained what he was doing and important points about my AC system. Even though he did not reach my home until after 1900 he took time and was diligent in checking the unit fully including going outside in the dark and rain to check the outside coils to see if cleaning was warranted. Tech made recommendations for the unit but was not trying to push services if that was not my choice. Overall very pleased and my unit is scheduled for cleaning 05/23/18.
