We had a lot of delay, some due to weather and some due to WW having so many orders ahead of us. We were told 6 weeks when we placed our order and it turned into almost 11. That would be the only reason for not having 5 stars. Price is right, installers were professional and clean and very helpful and I would definitely recommend WW to my friends
