Second Home 6/4/2019

We have used Window World several times now for Rental properties and I cannot say enough great comments from picking out windows, the purchase and the installation. We just had to use them for a second home near the water and was so pleased with customer service once again. We would highly recommend Window World to any one. Oh and the pricing and value are great as well. more

Amazing! 5/11/2019

Customer service was amazing, the man who came and installed our windows was absolutely amazing and did a terrific job. We have had our windows for a little while now & have had absolutely no problems. These windows are so worth it!! We had a consultation then windows installed and there was not a drastic waiting period in between. It was all in a timely manner. Recommend!! more

New Windows 11/14/2018

My initial call to Window World for new windows were due to their television commercials. Love the kids and the fact the same family has operated for over 50 years. The salesman who came out to the house Andrew Clore seemed like an old friend in a short period of time. He sold me right away, however, I told him I needed to sleep on it. After he left, I read over all of the paperwork, consider the other business that I had received quotes on and ended up calling him back and telling him that I was going with him and I would send the signed contract over in the morning. The team that came to install the windows were awesome. I have a small house, 9 windows but they had the installation complete in just one hour. Fabulous work and the windows are superior. I had my alarm company come out to update and reinstall my house alarm and the installer for that company commented on how perfect the windows looked and he had never seen such perfection in the caulking of window. Highly recommend Window World and Andrew Clore in particular. more

Excellent Service, great products! 10/30/2018

I redid my windows 17 years ago. In that time, only 2 seals wore out, and Window World promptly came out and replaced them, faithfully honoring their lifetime guarantee! Strongly recommended! more

Just had my windows installed and they look Great. Went with the almond color and the Premium window, well worth the money. I did have to wait over 30 days for them but well worth the extra time. The house is definitely a lot cooler since the new install. Great Job! more

Replacement windows and door 6/25/2018

Company was superb from start to finish. Replacement team worked well together and completed job with no concerns from owner. One window pane was broken in transit to job site and new replacement was ordered on the spot. Good cleanup afterwards. Only found a couple pieces of trim shavings in the yard. Cleanup inside was spotless. more

The sales people in the showroom were professional and empathetic to our needs. They developed a strategy to find a product that worked for me, not based on price, but my situation. Installation team was top notch, timely, courteous,and did FANTASTIC work in craftsmanship and cleanup. Only company I would consider for windows & doors! more

Great job 4/13/2018

We had a lot of delay, some due to weather and some due to WW having so many orders ahead of us. We were told 6 weeks when we placed our order and it turned into almost 11. That would be the only reason for not having 5 stars. Price is right, installers were professional and clean and very helpful and I would definitely recommend WW to my friends more
