Don and Joan left me one happy customer. My water heater broke and was sending water all over the bathroom. Due to a faulty valve I could not get the water to shut off. They fixed the faulty valve, and installed the new water heater, skipping lunch to ensure I had a usable water heater. They got to my house just before 9am and due to a domino effect, they were not able to leave till after 2pm. One issue caused several others and they didn't leave till all of the issues were resolved. I am very happy with their work. Everything was clean when they left. They even cleaned a mess I had made in the bathtub trying to drain the water heater.
