Field service new toilet 9/5/2018

Great work by Carlo and Sean 6/28/2018

Carlo and Sean came out to my father's house to install a new hot water heater. They worked for hours and did not leave until 7pm. They made sure that my dad had hot water before they left that day. They were also super polite to my dad and me. Great workers and great people. Thanks guys! more

I used parobek plumbing for plumbing a thru the wall toilet..some folks call this a any where toilet,..first I had to wait 12 days for the part to arrive..big panic on my part...the day after it arrived the plumber that had worked on this toilet called in sick...I was in a panic..I needed the toilet fixed...the lady at the office found one of their plumbers that was used to working on these toilet..sean showed up and resured me he had worked on these toilets before..Sean looked so young I was worried.. but true to Parobeks policy the toilet was fixed and I got 10 percent discount for seniors and I had coupons from them that knocked off another 70.00...I urge all folks to use Parobek Plumbing ..they are completely honest and I am very ,very happy.Sincerely, Wanda Littleton more

Don and Joan left me one happy customer. My water heater broke and was sending water all over the bathroom. Due to a faulty valve I could not get the water to shut off. They fixed the faulty valve, and installed the new water heater, skipping lunch to ensure I had a usable water heater. They got to my house just before 9am and due to a domino effect, they were not able to leave till after 2pm. One issue caused several others and they didn't leave till all of the issues were resolved. I am very happy with their work. Everything was clean when they left. They even cleaned a mess I had made in the bathtub trying to drain the water heater. more

fantastic service and great results 2/25/2018

on one of worst rainy sundays, our partial drain clog totally clogged. we called at 0930 in the morning and by 1300 Jerry had our kitchen sink operational. another service had tried for several hours and failed to unclog the line. Jerry was kind and professional. we have a large standard poodle and jerry had no problem with the poodle. we will be using Jerry and Parobek plumbing for all our needs. In addition, their excellent service was very cost effective. more

Chase Parobek 10/10/2017

Called Parobek Plumbing late Sunday evening because we had a sewer line blockage that I could not resolve. Chase arrived at my house after dark, went to work and took care of the problem rapidly. After the blockage was cleared, Chase inserted his camera into the line to check the condition of the sewer line. He discovered roots that had penetrated the pipe. This is a major future problem that needs to be addressed immediately. Chase also suggested that we replace the regulator at the water meter to eliminate pressure surges that he discovered. Chase was pleasant and efficient, enjoyed having him here to fix our problem and suggest improvements which we have scheduled. Chase is an asset for Parobek Plumbing. more

The other day I called Parobek Plumbing about filters , and a very nice helpful man by the name of Derek answered the phone. I ask him a few questions and he was able to answer them all. I would use this company . Thanks for answer my questions and he even said he would mail them to me. it was a great call. more

Our hot water heater quit working, and Jason and Joan did a good job of putting it back in order. They cleaned it out and got it running, then cleaned up after themselves. Nice guys and a good job. more

Prompt and courteous service 12/2/2016

We discovered two water leaks above our water heater on Sunday and had to shut off our hot water. We had a guest arriving the next day and needed fast service. We called Parobek Plumbing Monday morning, and Jason arrived before noon. He was very professional and courteous. He replaced both pipes above the water heater and replaced the cutoff valve that was faulty. Excellent service, and the price was reasonable. more
