Jeff removed a big old furnace, and installed a new Daikin unit. He also did the prep work for a new A/C install.
He was very professional and easy to work with, even with many questions from me. He took great care to protect our upstairs carpeting, and the work site was thoroughly cleaned up before he left.
He also took the time to familiarize me with the furnace and air cleaner unit.
His conduct and language made it a pleasure to have him in my house. Also, the installation was obviously done by an experienced craftsman: very neat and precise.
My wife and I are very pleased.
