Excellent service by Emily! 3/10/2018

We had an issue with a motor on our furnace. Emily diagnosed the issue in the first few minutes of opening the box. She checked with the office and found that the motor was still under warranty. Fortunately, she had what was needed in her truck and within 30 minutes had it installed. Afterwards she gave us tips on further maintenance that is advised to keep our furnace and air conditioner running as long as possible. We appreciate her knowledge and expertise! more

Excellent installation experience 2/16/2018

Jeff removed a big old furnace, and installed a new Daikin unit. He also did the prep work for a new A/C install. He was very professional and easy to work with, even with many questions from me. He took great care to protect our upstairs carpeting, and the work site was thoroughly cleaned up before he left. He also took the time to familiarize me with the furnace and air cleaner unit. His conduct and language made it a pleasure to have him in my house. Also, the installation was obviously done by an experienced craftsman: very neat and precise. My wife and I are very pleased. Thank you very much. more

I want to thank the guys from Tonna Mecanical for all their hard work! What was supposed to be a simple Furnace/Air Conditionar replacement, ended up being a bit more complex with the addition of a Hot Water Heater/ Water softner and only a couple days notice. I want to thank Trent and Jamie (?) for their willingness to work around an already full schedule. Trent was really good about explainging what was happening and making sure we understood how both units would work. Thanks for going the extra mile! more

Job well done 6/23/2017

My water pipe busted because of a water hose left attached to the outside faucet during winter. When Trent arrived, his explanation of what needed to be done gave me an instant peace of mind b/c tearing down the ceiling was not required. He completed the work within the estimated time period. He was kind enough to explain every step of the process to replace the busted sillcock. I was very satisfied with a job well done. If anyone desires this type of job done right and fast, I highly recommend Trent for you. Call Tonna. Thanks Trent. more

Quick and courteous 5/16/2016

Late on a Sunday night and the hot water would not turn off on the tub. Shut off water to house and found we did not have cutoff valves for the tub. (An older home). Called Tonna and Brian H. showed up quickly to temporarily cap the water off to the tube. This gave my wife and I time to make none rushed decisions on what we need to do next. Thank you for the quick help. more

All around good service 4/26/2016

The technician, Kevin, who serviced my furnace was pleasant to work with, explained what was wrong and how he fixed it and did it all pretty quickly. Shoe covers were a nice added touch to prevent bringing in dirt from outside. I think that's a common practice these days, but it wasn't always so and I don't take it for granted. I would recommend them to anyone with furnace issues. more
