They want to sell, and then they ignore you when you call with a concern.
I called with a question, was promised a call back the next business day.
Mo one called. I went to the store, was told the man who promised to call me was
out that day, and that he would call the following day.
Than was two months ago. I am still waiting for the phone call.
Also, the promise of a rebate is a scam. It is not possible to go through the web site that is given on the form to get to the rebate claim. The website goes straight to Thornberry's web site.
